• Inspect structural aspects for cracks and defaults, document cracked windows and interior and exterior esthetic features for existing faults.

• Receive the site plans, which denote work areas.

• Recommend radius area of properties to inspect. Inspect properties before construction takes place. Document and photograph entire outside and inside of property.

• Record and data log all records. We act on behalf of the contractor to resolve issues with the property owners.

• Premises Inspections Ltd. will send damage experts to inspect and assess the property. We will also help determine the root cause of the damage.

• Report designed and detailed with facts and outlining key areas with supporting details explaining any defects discovered. Supported by detailed photos.
